About Haru
o/ My character's name is Haru Reddane. He's a male Au Ra that I just thought looked cool when I started out. I don't have too much of a separate headcanon for him; I see him as the canon Warrior of Light in the game's story. I do have lore on his background, i.e. prior to the events of ARR...
Haru was born in the Ruby Sea but both his parents went missing during the Garlean occupation. Thankfully, he still had his grandmother in Hingashi and grew up in a relatively decent environment despite the war. He was always an adventurer at heart, though, frequently leaving the city to go venture out in the seas, mountains, and plains of Othard. Shortly after becoming a young adult, his grandmother passed of old age. In her final breaths, she encouraged him to indulge in his adventuring desires, even to leave the East if he wishes. Once he was able to, Haru sold his belongings as well as his grandmother's place, and left for Eorzea. And thus the tales of the Warrior of Light as we know it unfold...
About Me
I am not as interesting as Haru, unfortuantely. I'm just an average adult with a full-time job that plays too much FFXIV. I also have a tendency to take too many screenshots and keep record of my experiences in video games even though nobody reads through them, not even myself. But it's fun to do, and that's what matters.
